Health & Dental Benefits
Provide your employees with comprehensive health and dental benefits. Boost retention, attract top talent, and support workplace wellness with a tailored benefits plan.
Why Are Health & Dental Benefits Important?
Providing health and dental benefits is essential for businesses that want to support their employees’ well-being and stay competitive. A comprehensive health and dental benefits plan offers coverage for prescription drugs, dental care, vision, paramedical services, and more—helping your team stay healthy and productive.
For employers, offering health and dental benefits not only shows that you care about your employees but also helps attract and retain top talent. A well-structured plan can reduce absenteeism, boost morale, and increase overall job satisfaction, making your business a preferred workplace in today’s competitive market.
The Benefits Advisory Group works with small to medium sized businesses to design customized health and dental benefits packages that meet the unique needs of their employees while aligning with the company’s budget. Ensure your team has access to the coverage they need with a plan that truly makes a difference.
Extended Health Care
Our employee benefits advisors can find you an extended health care plan that covers between 50% - 100% of your eligible health care expenses. This can include massage, chiropractic, prescription coverage, semi-private hospital care, nursing care, ambulance, medical supplies, and more.
The plan design you choose applies to all employees, but individuals are able to opt out of health and dental insurance if they have a similar plan through another source. If an employee's alternate coverage comes to an end, he/she has 60 days to join your employee benefit program.
Dental Benefits
We offer a wide range of dental benefits for employees and their families.
Basic dental programs are available to businesses of all sizes, including one-person firms. Basic dental coverage includes exams, basic restorative procedures (including root canals), and repairing, re-basing, and re-lining dentures.
Major dental benefits, including coverage of crowns, are available to companies with three or more employees. Orthodontic coverage is offered to firms with 10 or more employees.
Similar to Extended Health care Coverage, employees can opt out of Dental coverage if they have similar coverage through another source. If the employee's alternate coverage ends, he/she has 60 days to join your company's plan.
